Stakeholder Feedback

Parent Survey July 2025

Parent survey 2025

Thank you to all the parents who filled in our annual survey, we appreciate the lovely comments made and feedback as to how we can improve the school.

There was an abundance of positive comments for staff, health week, sports day, Catholic life of the school, parental involvement, careers week and the enrichment of the curriculum which we feel are real strengths of the school too.

Areas to develop:

One area a few parents mentioned was having one platform to communicate. We would very much like this too but unfortunately at this point, there is not one system that can do everything we need. We do continue to look at this to improve systems and regularly revisit this with the central team. This coming year, we will use Arbor to book parents evening to reduce the number of systems.

Another area a small number of parents mentioned was the purchase of another mini bus to reduce the cost of trips. We would also love this but simply cannot afford the cost of another mini bus plus the upkeep and the driver. If anybody knows of a business who would like to sponsor another mini bus, we would be very happy to discuss it.

A few parents mentioned there were too many requests for money for charity. As a Catholic school, it is part of our role to ensure we are supporting those in need. We have spread the charity days across the school year and all dates are published in advance but we will be mindful of this throughout the year.

A small number of parents suggested behaviour was an area to improve. We will be trialling a new relationship and behaviour policy in autumn term and asking for feedback from parents at Parents Evening.
